HOW WE WORK?
1. Get in Touch

To initiate our services, please reach out to us via email at office@bookcoverstation.com or through our contact us page. Kindly provide your name, email address, a brief description of your requirements, and your deadlines. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

2. Design Brief and Timetable:
​
After initial contact, we'll establish a timeline for sending you the first design proposal (draft 1). Once agreed upon, we will send you a design brief questionnaire to complete. This completed brief is essential for our designer our designer to initiate work on your cover. Please ensure that the design brief is detailed, as subsequent revisions will be based on its contents. The completed design brief must be returned no later than seven business days before the agreed-upon delivery date.
3. Book Cover Design Process:

Upon completion of the initial design proposal, we will provide you with a low-resolution eBook JPEG file bearing our watermark. Your feedback on this draft is crucial. If you are satisfied and require no further changes, please inform us. If revisions are needed, please provide detailed instructions. In case the initial design doesn't meet your expectations, please share examples of other book covers to help us understand your preferences. We'll continue working on your cover until you are fully satisfied. Once the design is approved, we will proceed with any additional materials you have ordered.

4. Additional Package Material Design:
​
The following stage involves creating any additional materials you have requested as part of one of our packages.If required, please provide us with all necessary dimensions, templates, and text details for these items. For paperback designs, we'll need all the text and other relevant information for the back cover. If you're printing with Amazon KDP, we'll require the final trim size, formatted page count, and paper color. For printing with Ingram Spark or any other provider, please provide your ISBN barcode and template.

5. Invoice, Payment and Final Files Handover:
​
Once you've approved the cover design, we'll send you a PayPal invoice for payment.Once payment is confirmed, we'll send you high-resolution, print-ready files based on your package. You can expect to receive these files within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we do not work on weekends. After making the payment, please notify us via email.
