By contacting Book Cover Station, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. The client agrees not to use our cover and cover art in any AI engines or AI filters without permission.

2. The client agrees to abide by the terms of any license agreement for any images purchased by Book Cover Station through a third-party image provider for use in the client’s book cover design. The cost of cover design includes the STANDARD license to use stock images and is limited to a print-run of 500,000 units, or sales in the case of e-books or audiobooks. For books with a print run of over 500,000 units, an additional license has to be purchased by the client for each stock photo that plays a major role in the cover design. If clients want to use the cover design in any other way, other than the ebook and paperback covers (to print on mugs or T-shirts, etc.), they are responsible for purchasing an Extended License.

3. The client agrees to maintain proper image licensing for any image used in the cover art. If the cover is downloaded more than the stipulated amount or used in a way that is not covered with the standard license so that the cover breaches the stock photo contract, it is at the client's liability. Book Cover Station is not liable for any penalties charged by stock photo companies for licensing infringement.

4. Upon receipt of final payment, the client has exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the design for its intended use (ebook, paperback, promotion). Artwork and design may not be resold, reused, or used out of context, or transferred to another person or company without prior consultation with Book Cover Station.

5. The client understands that he/she has no right to alter the final cover design in any way except to change size for printing or digital display without consulting with Book Cover Station first.

6. For audio covers included with each cover package free of charge, the client's personal usage is permitted if he/she decides to self-publish an audiobook. If another company wishes to use the design created by Book Cover Station, they must contact Book Cover Station and purchase the rights/artwork before using the design for their own needs that may lead to financial or any other gain from using the artwork.

7. For logo design projects, the client agrees to abide by the terms of any license agreement for any fonts purchased by Book Cover Station through a third-party font provider for use in the client’s logo projects.

8. The client is fully responsible for proofing the book cover design provided by Book Cover Station. It is necessary that a client request a proof from the printer before publishing or ordering any copies of the book. Book Cover Station will not be held financially or legally responsible for any problems, costs, fees, or expenses incurred by a client as a result of using the book cover design.

9. Book Cover Station will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind related to our services.

10. Book Cover Station retains the right to use the client’s final book cover design, name, and book title in our portfolio and to market and promote our services. Book Cover Station retains copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials.

11. By hiring Book Cover Station and using the final design, the client agrees to credit the company with "Book cover designed by Book Cover Station" inside the acknowledgements/copyright page of the book.

12. By contacting Book Cover Station, the client accepts the above stated terms and conditions without the need for a signed agreement. It is considered that the client accepts the above stated terms and conditions the moment he/she emails Book Cover Station.

13. It is strictly prohibited to resell the cover created by Book Cover Station for a specific client to someone else (or offer it for sale), unless the client has previously obtained a written statement from Book Cover Station allowing him to do so.

14. Website Usage-Our website offers self-publishing services to authors seeking to publish and distribute their works. You can utilize our platform to create and publish your books, as well as purchase services to enhance your publishing experience. However, any illegal or unauthorized use of this website is strictly prohibited.

15. Ownership of Intellectual Property-All content and materials on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of our website or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to use any of this content or materials for commercial purposes without obtaining our prior written consent.

16. User-Submitted Content-By submitting any content or materials to Book Cover Station or our website, you affirm that you either own the copyright to the material or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for its use, reproduction, and distribution. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the use of your content or materials. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses related to such infringement or legal issue. We reserve the right to remove or cease work on any content or materials that we believe may infringe on third-party rights or violate laws or regulations.

17. Fees and Payment-Our website offers book cover design and other design services that require payment of fees. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to pay the fees as stated on the website. You are responsible for any taxes or additional fees that may be applicable to your purchase.

18. Termination of Access-We reserve the right to terminate your access to this website at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity on this website.
